Joe Hudson's Collision Center

I have had work done at Collision Care on multiple cars over many years. They have always done excellent work, and been willing to work with me on scheduling and what repairs I have needed. Good people! I would highly recommend them.

They kept our vehicles for a long time because they couldn't get parts for 2022 vehicles that were in bad shape. The staff was professional and courteous, and as helpful as they could be, though.

Joe Hudson's Collision Center was recommended by my insurance agent after a deer hit my SUV. They were professional and personable, very easy to work with! After picking up my vehicle, I noticed there were imperfections with the service. There was overspray that was rough on the paint, condensation in the taillight, and a few minor dents that could still be seen in the doors. I was nervous about bringing it up to the rep, but they were so nice about it and addressed every issue, and more, when I returned my vehicle to install a part that was on backorder. Final results are amazing and I had a great experience with the team!

If you are in the unfortunate event of needing a collision center, I cannot recommend Joe Hudson's enough. Their communication and customer service were excellent. The work they did was amazing. They were thorough and took extra steps to even wash my car before returning it. I highly recommend Joe Hudson's.

Took my car here in the summer to have my rear passenger door repaired from an accident. It took about 2 weeks for the repair to be complete, and mostly because they were waiting for the parts to come in. Chance, one of the workers, called me several times throughout the repair to give me updates on my car and was very sweet & respectful the entire time. When my car was finally ready to be picked up, I noticed the screen on my touch-screen radio was peeling off, and it wasn’t like that when I dropped off the car before.
