S&S Tire & Auto Service Center

Great customer service. I performed an inspection on my service after it was done, and noticed some small flaws. The managers took immediate action, fixed their mistakes, and made sure I was well taken care of. This is an honest business.

I've always believed this was a trustful place to fix your tires; however, they proved me wrong!!!! I took my car here twice, and they've never fixed the problem. They claimed to have removed the rust to improve tire performance and repaired tire sensor. It didin't fix! I had to take the car back for a second try, and I still have the light on after months. Today, I am taking to another shop because of their inability to fix a simple problem! A waste of time and money! I don't recommend it!!!

I recently visited S & S Tire in Lexington, KY, for help with a punctured tire and a misreading tire pressure gauge, and I couldn't have had a better experience! From a student's perspective, the pricing was very fair and transparent — no hidden fees or pressure for unneces…

Took close to 30 minutes just for them to pull my vehicle into a bay and around an hour and a half to change my oil. I brought a coupon that said 1 free oil, lube and filter. The initial person that helped me made a great deal out of the fact that it was only $29 off of an oil change. That way the coupon was worded didn't elaborate other than it was for conventional oil. I would have been fine with the situation if the customer service rep wasn't so rude about it... While waiting I also overheard some of his phone conversations with what I would assume are customers.…
