Athens Service Center

Friendly & knowledgeable about my vehicles engine/timing problem from other people with same engine issues (GM 3.0 v6)..repairs costing more than vehicle is worth

We were passing through the area and had problems with the rear brakes on our vehicle. The desk clerk at our motel recommended Athens. I called them, they got us right in, fixed the problem and back on the road. Fair price, nice people and very pleased.

Thank you to the fellows at Athens service center. Did a great job on new brakes rotors and a new caliper. Friendly service in a timely manner! We will be coming back! Thank guys!

They are honest and reliable car repairman. Cotton is a good man. When they couldn't find the parts to fix my car in a timely fashion they just made it work. When my fiance had to bring her minivan in they had the alternator done the next day. Athens might be a little bit outside of Lexington, but it's well worth the drive. Their garage even has an old-timey feel to it like service centers of days gone by. I'm so glad I was recommended to them and I hope this review recommends them to you.

This place saved me over $4,000 this past summer and fall. Ken Towery's quoted me hundreds to get an alternator and Athens did it for less than half the price. Then when a major issue came up with a rotted sub frame (notorious older Nissan murano issue) Athens went through heck and back to fix my ride up for again less than half of what corporate places quoted me. It may take longer (in my case it took a lotttt longer) but they will get junk yard parts and best deals for you and save you a ton. You can trust them and they will fix any mistake they make. I appreciate this business so very much!
